The Kansas Board of Education has approved a ban on all Pokémon trading cards, video games, and anything related that has the name Pokémon on it because of the belief that it promotes kids to believing in evolution. Teachers now must search their students daily to make sure they aren't carrying anything with the name on it.  Anything found will be permanently confiscated, that means you don't get your game back Jack.  On top of all of this, if you dare do something as evil as bring a Pokémon video game to school they have the right to suspend you or even expel you if you repeat this crime.

At first, churches around the area were handing out pamphlets to other parents warning them of the dangers of Pokémon.  From there, they started protesting and sending letters to the big wigs in charge of the school system.  These people meant business!  They even had several Pokémon merchandise burnings at church events!-Josh Stevens
