At 8 am EDT on May 16, all of your prayers will be answered. Well, maybe not, but if you are waiting for the Halo 3 beta, then at least one wish will come true. The Halo 3 beta will begin on that date and run until June 6th, giving gamers a total of three weeks to hang out with Master Chief and the gang. Of course, you had to have picked up a copy of Crackdown, or been one of the first 13,333 to complete the "Rule of Three" program if you want a shot at the beta.
There will be three maps available during the three week beta. "Snowbound," "High Ground" and "Valhalla" "represent a mixture of large- and medium-scale combat environments." New vehicles and weapons are included, as well. GameWad predicts a whole lot of Xbox Live activity, come May 16th. See you there!
